Derma pen microneedle mesotherapy, what is the course of the treatment in our clinic?

After disinfecting the treatment area, a special formula is applied to the skin, and then, using the DermaPen 4 Original device, micro-punctures are made. In the second round, the formula is reapplied, followed by a second series of punctures using electroporation.

Derma pen, how often can the treatment be performed? When are the effects of microneedle mesotherapy visible?

For the best results, we recommend a series of 3-6 dermapen mesotherapy treatments at intervals of 2-4 weeks. The first effects are noticeable about 2 weeks after the first treatment, and the final remodeling of the skin takes place up to 3 months after the end of the series of treatments.
Another recommended cycle is the alternation between a set of dermapen treatments and a set of needle mesotherapy.

What are the possible side effects of derma pen?

• Discoloration – it happens when the client does not follow the recommendations and sunbathes in the solarium or does not use a cream with UV50 filter.
• Exacerbation of herpes – it happens in clients suffering from herpes if they did not follow the prophylaxis before and after the treatment (using antiviral drugs 3 days before and after the treatment)
• Reaction – in case of hypersensitivity to the formula

What is electroporation?

Thanks to the use of an electromagnetic wave (short electric pulses), electroporation enables the penetration of active substances from the intercellular spaces into the cell interior. Under the influence of electropulses, temporary channels are created through which an advanced biotechnological formula penetrates the interior of cells, providing them with active factors such as biomimetic proteins and growth factors

How long does the procedure take?

The derma pen procedure, including anesthesia, usually lasts 30-60 minutes depending on the treatment area.

After the treatment, the client may feel warm and burning; the skin is red, and bleeding may appear locally.
The next day, the skin may appear taut and pink. After 2-4 days, a slight peeling of the epidermis may occur.
