Mechanism of injection lipolysis
Injection lipolysis is based on the acceleration of fat breakdown by means of special substances (such as sodium deoxycholate, phosphatidylcholine, l; carnitine or caffeine or special peptides) or their mixtures. During the intralipotherapy treatment, they are injected directly into the adipose tissue. Intentional inflammation develops and soon afterwards triglycerides are hydrolyzed into fatty acids and glycerol, which are then removed from the body through the bloodstream.
Hydrolysis of triglycerides in adipocytes (fat cells) is a process that occurs naturally in the body during exercise, for example. It is very important to use an easily digestible diet during the series of treatments (preferably using a negative caloric balance) to relieve the liver and prevent the re-formation of fat (lipogenesis). Physical exercise done during the series of treatments increases the effectiveness of the method as appropriate hormones responsible for the hydrolysis of fats are produced.
Indications for intralipotherapy:
The right time for injection lipolysis is cellulite and the local deposition of adipose tissue which is very difficult or almost impossible to eliminate despite the suitable diet and train:
- sides,
- pelicans (fat on the shoulders)
- a layer of fat on the abdomen,
- double chin,
- thighs,
- fat under the bra underwire,
Injection lipolysis is perfect for body contouring, especially in the case of small areas with the problem of fat deposition. For larger areas, you can use a series of treatments combined with the hifu, with the muscle sculptor device, or divide the problem areas into parts (e.g. lower and upper abdomen).
At this point, it is important to note a very important fact – injection lipolysis is not used for weight loss and is not a therapy suitable for people with obesity. It is intended for local fat loss from problematic areas in people with normal body weight or slightly overweight.

The undoubted advantage is that the injection lipolysis treatment is minimally invasive. In addition, it has a short recovery period and, unlike liposuction, does not require exclusion from daily activities.
How long do the effects of fat dissolving injections last?
The effects of injection lipolysis usually last for 2-4 years, and for customers who care about a healthy diet, even much longer.

The treatment lasts, depending on the size of the area, from 30-60 minutes.
When do the effects of injection lipolysis begin to become visible?
The first effects appear a few weeks after the first one. The final effects can be observed approx. 2 months after the last treatment session.
The course of the procedure
The skin in the treatment area is disinfected. Then, using a thin needle, the treatment formula is introduced into the adipose tissue. The punctures are made approximately every 1-2 cm.

After the treatment, the skin is red; there is swelling. Bruising may appear.
What can you expect after the treatment?
After the treatment, you may experience soreness, burning or itching in the treated area. You should not resort to taking non-steroidal painkillers (containing e.g. ibuprofen) – their use is not recommended because by reducing inflammation we will significantly reduce the effect of injection lipolysis. Medicines containing paracetamol can be used if there is pain associated or not with the procedure.
How often to repeat the injection lipolysis treatment
A series of treatments usually includes 3-4 sessions at intervals of 6-8 weeks. You can use it again as soon as you notice that the accumulation of adipose tissue begins in the area where it was carried out. In people who lead a healthy lifestyle, this should not happen earlier than after 2 years.
