You can schedule your first visit with us by calling our clinic’s number and speaking to our assistant, sending us a message on messenger, or through our website.
Your consecutive visits can also be arranged while attending your procedure.
Making a reservation through our website requires an unreturnable deposit of €20. It cannot be claimed back but can be transferred towards your next procedure if a decision to change the course of therapy is made during its course.
SMS and call confirmation
Two days prior to your procedure, you will receive a text message asking you to confirm your visit. If you fail to respond, we will attempt to contact you the next day via a phone call. Lack of confirmation from your side will be interpreted as a cancellation of your visit.
You can reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit up to 2 days before your original visit. If you fail to inform us in time, your deposit will be lost.
Failure to respond to the confirmation text message and the confirmation phone call equals cancellation of the appointment. In this case, the visit is void and the deposit is lost. Booking a new visit will only be possible through the website.
Terms and conditions of offers
Offers are subjects to time limits and are only available in the described time frame.In case when there are no available appointments in the time of offer or when there are contraindications for a procedure that are a direct result of a previous procedure at our salon, which should subside only after the dates of the offer, there is a possibility of taking part in the offer after it finishes if the appointment is booked before it ends.
Loyalty points policy
For every €100 spent in our clinic, you will receive 10 loyalty points on our virtual loyalty card. 10 points is an equivalent of €10. The points are available for a year from the card’s activation. If you collect enough points to cover the cost of a chosen procedure, you can exchange them for it at any time (before the card’s expiration) and start collecting points on your new card.If you don’t collect enough points within that time, contact us a month before the card’s expiration date. We will offer you a discount proportional to your available points: Procedure price – (0.7 x number of points).The points cannot be exchanged for procedures on offer, only for fully priced procedures.The points can be exchanged for a gift voucher.
Products purchased in our salon can be returned with a proof of purchase within 14 days. We only accept items in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, that is: suitable for sale. For legal reasons, skincare products need to be completely unopened, with an intact original packaging. We will check the condition of the product before processing the return or exchange. After the product(s) is accepted, we will return the amount you paid.
Gift and discount vouchers policy
Vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase. It can be transferred to any other person. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money.Vouchers won in competitions are subjects to different rules – see competition policy.
Social media competition policy
Competition winners on our social media (facebook, instagram, twitter, etc.) have a month to claim their reward. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash, other product, procedure, or gift voucher.
Procedure bundle policy
Purchasing a whole course of procedures, you can benefit from a special offer. Prices on our website and facebook profile are based on prepayment for a course of procedures.A whole course of procedures has to be paid on the first visit. It is possible to split the payment into two instalments, 50% each. The second instalment can be paid during the second visit. The paid amount is non-returnable.During the first visit, a procedure schedule is designed. The date of each of these procedures can be moved. In order to change the date or time of your visit, you need to contact the clinic via telephone or the messenger app no later than 2 days before the appointment, otherwise the procedure will be lost. Purchased course of procedures can only be carried out within 6 months of the first procedure.One course of procedures can only be used by one person.
Our clinic accepts payments in cash, Visa, or MasterCard.
Due to hygiene concerns, animals are not allowed in the clinic.Alcohol and cigarettes are not allowed to be consumed on the premises due to the concern over our patients’ comfort and safety.
