Booking policy

You can schedule your first and and all subsequent visits with us by calling our clinic’s number, sending us a message on WhatsApp, through our Fresha profile, or in the our Clinic. Depending on the treatment, a deposit of 30% or €50 will be charged prior to your appointment.

First Appointment

The first appointment is a consultation with the aesthetician. A full consultation with a detailed health and skin history, facial analysis and development of the treatment plan will cost €65. A quick online consultation at a cost of €40 is available. The consultation can take place together with a prescribed facial (€115) or a prescribed aesthetic treatment for face/body/scalp area. If you would like this option, please select the appropriate : First Prescribed Facial or First Aesthetic Treatment for Face/Body/Scalp in our Fresha booking system.

Prior to your visit you will receive an email containing the important information regarding preparation for your visit. Familiarise yourself with this document. Please also complete the health information form available in the Fresha booking system at least 3 days before your procedure. If after reviewing it Aesthetican decides that the procedure cannot be performed we will contact you and return your deposit. However, if you do not fill out the form and the procedure cannot take place, then we will have to charge you for the costs.

After Appointment

your appointment, you will receive an email containing post treatment recommendations. Follow the information in this document to ensure you heal correctly.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours before your scheduled visit by message via WhatsApp or text message sent to our number: 085 272 0262. If you fail to inform us in time, we will charge 50% of the service price, and if you do not show up to your appointment without informing us, or you cancel at the last minute (less than 3 hours before the scheduled appointment) we will charge 100% of the service price.

Terms and conditions of offers

Offers are subjects to time limits and are only available in the described time frame.In case when there are no available appointments in the time of offer or when there are contraindications for a procedure that are a direct result of a previous procedure at our salon, which should subside only after the dates of the offer, there is a possibility of taking part in the offer after it finishes if the appointment is booked before it ends.

Return policy

Products purchased in our salon can be returned with a proof of purchase within 14 days. We only accept items in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, that is: suitable for sale. For legal reasons, skincare products need to be completely unopened, with an intact original packaging. We will check the condition of the product before processing the return or exchange. After the product(s) is accepted, we will return the amount you paid.

Gift and discount vouchers policy

Vouchers are valid for 12 months after purchase. It can be transferred to any other person. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money. Vouchers won in competitions are subjects to different rules – see competition policy.

Social media competition policy

Competition winners on our social media (facebook, instagram, twitter, etc.) have a month to claim their reward. The reward cannot be exchanged for cash, other product, procedure, or gift voucher.

Procedure bundle policy

Purchasing a whole course of procedures, you can benefit from a special offer. Prices on our website and facebook profile are based on prepayment for a course of procedures. A whole course of procedures has to be paid on the first visit. It is possible to split the payment into two instalments, 50% each. The second instalment can be paid during the second visit. The paid amount is non-returnable. During the first visit, a procedure schedule is designed. The date of each of these procedures can be moved. In order to change the date or time of your visit, you need to contact the clinic via telephone or the messenger app no later than 2 days before the appointment, otherwise the procedure will be lost. Purchased course of procedures can only be carried out at the time specified in the reservation on our Fresha profile. One course of procedures can only be used by one person.

Payment methods

Our clinic accepts payments in cash, Visa, or MasterCard. Money is to be transferred prior to the Appointment.

Other rules

Due to hygiene concerns, animals are not allowed in the clinic. Alcohol and cigarettes are not allowed to be consumed on the premises due to the concern over our patients’ comfort and safety.
